Refund Policy

At Montessori Essentials, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we welcome you to return your order.

Category A: Manufacturer Defects & Shipping Damages
If you receive damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly shipped items from Montessori Essentials, you may request a replacement. Please contact us at montessentials@hotmail.com or by phone within 7 days of the delivery date. Montessori Essentials will cover the shipping costs for the replacement items.

Category B: Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange products after making a purchase for personal reasons, you may request an exchange from Montessori Essentials. No additional cost will be incurred if the items have not yet been shipped. However, if the purchased items have already been delivered, an exchange fee will apply to cover the cost of our delivery representative facilitating the exchange.
